Classmates

New Florida Residents! Enjoy the Atlantic, walking, biking, playing, tennis and golf. Out of Doors daily doing one of these activities. Summer finds us in the Pocono’s doing the same. We spend time with our 6 children and families, now with 8 grandchildren from a year to 20. The oldest is at Roanoke College! We spent over a month on a South American cruise in early 2013. Patagonia and Macher Picchu were our highlites! Still consulting with International Paper, my employer of 30 years. Life is good and we thank GOD for his caring love surrounding us all each new day.

HI Bill!
I so appreciate your efforts ( and all the gang up there) to keep bringing our class together. The start of your letter shows great sensitivity to what many are probably feeling . It’s been a tough year for all in so many ways. I have loved all the reunions we have been able to attend, however, if a reunion is planned for this year, we would not be able to attend.
We have very special BIG NEWS that will be keeping us home this year. Bob and I are to become first time grandparents this summer! We are filled with joyful anticipation as we await the arrival of a baby boy in late July. We are very fortunate that our children both live in town, close to us. We are also very fortunate that this “journey” to parenthood has gone well for our oldest daughter and her husband. We have taken great care to stay well through all this and hope you and all you know and love are ok.
I wish you and the Tool’s “lunch bunch” good luck as you meet to make a decision…please say hello to all for me. Thanks again. Karen

Sorry, but I will not be able to attend the reunion. Bummers! I have a commitment that weekend doing video of a triathlon in Williamsburg, VA. Send my best wishes and say hello to everyone.
